    One more year has flown by, during which there were many exciting additions to the world of travel and hospitality in Dubai: the world’s tallest hotel, Gevora opened up on Sheikh Zayed Road, Caesars Palace and Emerald Palace by Kempinski redefined luxury hospitality on Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah respectively, La Mer’s new waterpark Laguna opened up to much fan-fare, the Museum of Illusions made its way to the city and a slew of restaurants and bars opened their doors around the city.     The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library

    Bibliophiles travelling to the city will certainly love this new attraction in Dubai! In what is seen as an unprecedented cultural phenomenon in the UAE, the seven-storey Mohammed bin Rashid Library, designed to resemble an open book sitting on a rehl – a traditional lectern which holds the Quran, is currently under construction at the Dubai Culture Village . When complete – it will be home to over 4.5 million books from around the world!

    It’s show time in Dubai! There will be a whole new state-of-the-art facility to catch your favourite artists performing live once the Dubai Arena opens its doors to the public this year in Dubai’s City Walk. With a massive capacity accommodating up to 17,000 people, the fully-air-conditioned venue comes with an automated seating design, which can easily be adapted for a wide variety of events including live concerts, tournaments, meetings, gala dinners and much more.

    Madame Tussauds

    Madan Tussauds will be coming soon to Dubai
