The Key Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager/BDM/Head of S&M in managing a portfolio of key clients to help achieve business goals. This role will support with the CIS Markets , therefore a native Russian speaker is required.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is a very important role where the Key Account Executive will be required to support management of all client related processes effectively, assessing commercial activities and supporting set strategies to help retain valued clients in addition to acquiring new clients.


Responsibilities
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with stakeholders within the client business
  • Use commercial acumen to identify business opportunities and take a consultative approach to working with our clients to grow the existing business
  • Support implementation of set strategies to deliver value to our clients
  • Provide technical guidance of business products used by the client
  • Support negotiation of new contracts
  • Communicate to KAM, BDM and Head of S& customer needs, competitive dynamics and market trends
  • Be responsible and accountable in collaboration with the KAM and Business Development Manager of Clients annual Development Plans
Required Skills
  • At least two year experience in partnership, client or account management within an e-commerce or tech oriented environment, ideally in a B2B capacity. Hospitality and travel trade experience required.
  • You’ll need to bring an entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills and an appetite for complex problem solving
  • Ability to recognise commercial opportunities with the right balance of tactical and strategic thinking
  • An ability to work under minimal supervision while understanding when to make decisions solo or seek further inputs from key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) skills mandatory
  • General understanding of technology
  • Results-oriented and strong sense of customer ownership
Qualifications
  • BA or equivalent in Sales/ Tourism/ Hospitality
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a senior sales coordinator/ executive for a luxury UAE based hotel
